Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the specialised and research-restricted nature of our products, all sales are final once dispatched, except as outlined below.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is incorrect, damaged, or defective upon delivery, you must notify us in writing within 48 hours of receipt. Supporting information, including photographs and order details, may be required to assess the claim.

If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Quality or Manufacturing Concerns

Any concerns relating to product quality or manufacturing must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. All claims are subject to internal review, including reference to batch records and quality control documentation.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Opened or used products

• Products not stored or handled in accordance with recommended conditions

• Change-of-mind purchases

Shipping, Handling, and Optional Insurance

To ensure orders are protected in transit, shipping insurance is automatically included on all orders for a fee of $5. This insurance covers loss or damage caused by postal or courier service faults. Where a valid shipping claim is approved, we will assist with the claims process and arrange a replacement or refund in line with the insurance outcome.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Shipping and handling fees remain non-refundable except where required under applicable consumer law.
