Where do you ship from?

We ship all orders from our warehouse in Western Australia.

How long does it take to receive my order?

In-stock orders dispatch within 24 business hours. Delivery is typically 1–5 days depending on location.

Do I get a tracking number?

Yes, AusPost tracking is provided.

What is Shipping Protection?

Shipping Protection is required as it covers your order against loss, damage, or misdelivery while in transport

Covers: confirmed lost parcels, damage in transit (with photos), and carrier misdelivery.

Not covered: incorrect address entered at checkout, refused/uncollected parcels, or delays where the parcel remains in transit

Can I cancel?

If not yet dispatched, you can cancel for a full refund.

What is the purity and how is it known?

99%. Each batch is quality tested with third-party COAs (HPLC/LC-MS).

How should products be stored and kept?

Keep dry products in a cool , dry place away from sunlight. Reconstituted products with bacteriostatic water to be kept in fridge for 4 weeks maximum.
